Tacos Linda Vista

Nothing pleases me more than finding great food at a great price, and when it’s authentic Mexican…that’s just a bonus! Tacos Linda Vista opened a little over a month ago just north of historic Roswell, below Holcomb Bridge Rd, on a stretch of 120 that’s become known as little Mexico due to the amount of Mexican owned and operated businesses.

If you like Tacos la Villa & El Rey Del Taco, this is your spot in Roswell; made to order tacos with choices like carnitas, barbacoa, lengua (tongue), pastor, etc and even a solid order by number, gringo lunch menu under $6!

They also have a free salsa bar that includes grilled jalapenos, lime, cilantro, cabbage and a variety of at least 4 handmade salsas; the guacamole sauce is amazing, and has quite the kick…beware for those with little heat tolerance!

Salsa selection...did I mention free...go screw yourself Chipotle!

This place is so good, I have been three times in the past week and every time they delivered; my favorite tacos were the barbacoa, carnitas and the steak!

In addition to the tacos, they also make a mean tamale with options like cheese and pepper and chicken and cheese; I have had both and for $1.50 they are a steal. Super moist with tender chicken and melty cheese…you must order at least one of these to supplement your meal.

The aforementioned combos are also solid, with choices like chicken enchiladas, chili rellenos, and some ridiculously large burritos…oh and the burritos are almost 95% meat/poultry…no cheap rice and bean filling!

Chicken enchiledas...gringo friendly and much better than any chain numbered Mexican restuarant in the city!

It may not be worth a drive if your close to the other two spots mentioned above, but if not check them out and you will not be disappointed!
