Inc Street Food

Finally, a cool restaurant in Roswell! I like a lot of the Canton Street establishments, but most are forgettable and hardly cutting edge.  Inc takes a mix of latin american street food and tries (somewhat successfully) to recreate a back street with a food truck serving up south of the border street classics like tacos, queso fresco and a Sonoran hot dog.   The interior is pretty neat with graphitti inspired art on the walls and in the bathroom. The overhead illumination mimics street lights, and the wait staff picks up orders form a street truck window. This all works pretty well, with the exception being how close together the tables are; I usually don’t like hearing every word of the table next to me!

They also have  a bar serving up drinks like signature mojitos and an impressive list of tequilas.  I have been a few times and like the queso fresco the best; it has indredible flavor and is almost silky..if cheese can be.  While eveything I have had was good, I would stick to the Bocaditos list and the specials so you try try several different things. Other standouts were the BBQ octopus and the empanadas! Here are some ther dishes I tried:

Swordfish Special with Latin risotto

Not sure how often this is offered, but the rice and sauce were incredible! The picture does not do it justice, but I thought about turning up the bowl and just drinking it!
